These general terms of use (hereinafter "GTU") are intended to provide a legal framework for the terms and conditions under which the site and its services are made available, and to define the conditions of access and use of those services by the "User".
Article 1 — Legal Notice
The website aicompass.digitalpharmalab.com is published by D2A SAS, a simplified joint-stock company (SAS) with share capital of €18,705, registered with the Paris Trade and Companies Register under number 831 267 315, whose registered office is located at 69 boulevard Pereire, 75017 Paris.

Article 2 — Access to the Site
The website aicompass.digitalpharmalab.com is currently in pre-launch phase and accessible by invitation only. It gives the User access to the following services:
- Presentation of the AI Compass platform and DPL methodology
- Free AI Act Readiness diagnostic
- AI regulatory assistant (expert chatbot)
- Contact with a senior consultant
The site is accessible to Users holding the access code shared by Digital Pharma Lab. All costs incurred by the User to access the service (hardware, software, internet connection, etc.) are borne by the User.
Article 3 — Data Collection and Privacy
Users are informed that personal information collected may be subject to automated processing. In accordance with Regulation (EU) 2016/679 (GDPR) and the amended French Data Protection Act ("Loi Informatique et Libertés"), the User has the right to access, rectify, object to, erase and port data relating to them.

The information submitted via the forms on the site is necessary in order to respond to and process user requests.
D2A SAS does not transfer the personal data collected to third parties for commercial prospecting purposes.

Article 4 — Intellectual Property
The trademarks, logos, signs and all content on the site (texts, images, methodology, regulatory frameworks, sounds, etc.) are protected by the French Intellectual Property Code, and in particular by copyright.
Digital Pharma Lab, AI Compass, Étincelle Digitale, Coalition Next, NextGen Coalition, Coalition IDEO, Innosanté, SISO et Open Design Thinking are registered trademarks of D2A SAS. Any representation and/or reproduction and/or partial or total use of these trademarks, of whatever nature, is strictly prohibited.
The User must obtain prior authorisation from the site for any reproduction, publication, or copying of any content. The User undertakes to use the site's content solely in a strictly private context; any use for commercial or advertising purposes is strictly prohibited.
Any total or partial representation of this site, by any means whatsoever, without the express authorisation of the site operator, constitutes an infringement punishable under Article L 335-2 et seq. of the French Intellectual Property Code.
It is recalled, in accordance with Article L122-5 of the French Intellectual Property Code, that a User who reproduces, copies or publishes protected content must cite the author and their source.
Article 5 — Liability
The sources of information published on the website aicompass.digitalpharmalab.com are considered reliable, but the site does not guarantee that it is free from defects, errors or omissions.
The information provided, in particular through the AI Act Readiness diagnostic and the AI regulatory assistant, is presented for indicative and general purposes only, without contractual value or legal advice. It does not substitute for personalised legal or regulatory counsel. For any operational compliance initiative, the User is invited to contact a senior Digital Pharma Lab consultant.
Despite regular updates, the site cannot be held liable for changes in administrative and legal provisions occurring after publication. Similarly, the site cannot be held liable for the use and interpretation of the information contained on this site, including responses generated by the AI assistant.
The site cannot be held liable for any viruses that may infect the User's computer or IT equipment following use of, access to, or downloads from this site.
The site's liability cannot be engaged in cases of force majeure or the unforeseeable and insurmountable act of a third party.
Article 6 — Hyperlinks
Hyperlinks may be present on the site, in particular to the official sources cited by the assistant (EUR-Lex, EMA, ICH, OECD, etc.). The User is informed that by clicking on these links they will leave the website aicompass.digitalpharmalab.com. The site has no control over the web pages to which these links lead and cannot, under any circumstances, be held liable for their content.
Article 7 — Cookies
The User is informed that during visits to the site, a strictly necessary authentication cookie (aic_auth) is automatically installed in their browser to enable access to the site during the pre-launch phase.
This cookie is HttpOnly, secure, and expires after 30 days. It contains no personal information and cannot be used to identify anyone. No analytics, advertising or audience-measurement cookies are set.
The User may disable this cookie through the settings of their browser — this will, however, prevent access to the site.
Article 8 — Applicable Law and Jurisdiction
French law applies to these GTU. In the absence of an amicable resolution of any dispute between the parties, the French courts shall have sole jurisdiction.
